R2Docuo is a highly flexible document management system that allows workflows, metadata, forms, and notifications to be extensively adapted and customized to meet specific business needs. In my experience, one of its most valuable features is the comprehensive audit trail and the high level of traceability it provides across the system. This is particularly useful when preparing for audits or whenever detailed evidence of actions and document history is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are still some details that cannot be customized. For example, when using the application in English, the date format is fixed as MM/DD/YYYY. Sobre las funciones limitadas según versión, con el último cambio de precios los planes se unifican en uno solo: "Personalizado", con el 100% de las capacidades disponibles. Nuestro equipo se pondrá en contacto con vosotros para gestionar la transición, así que ese techo desaparece.
