We benchmarked around ten AI visibility tools before choosing Qwairy.
What made the difference for us was not one single feature, but the overall balance: solid tracking, actionable insights, a responsive team, and pricing that still makes sense for an agency.
On the tracking side, Qwairy gives us broad enough coverage to be genuinely useful: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, Copilot, and other AI engines. That matters because our clients do not just want to know how they perform in one assistant; they need a wider view of how their brand appears across AI search environments.
We also appreciate that the tool goes beyond reporting. It helps identify content gaps, source gaps, and competitors’ citation sources, which gives us concrete angles to work on instead of leaving us with another dashboard to interpret. The competitive analysis is especially useful: seeing which sources cite competitors without mentioning our clients is a practical way to identify where we should try to gain more visibility.
The integrations are another strong point. Being able to connect GA4, Matomo, Piano, and Piwik Pro in one place is useful for an agency like ours, since our clients rarely use the same analytics stack. We also use the MCP to connect Qwairy with some of our own tools, which saves time in day-to-day workflows.
The interface is clear and easy to pick up, even for less technical marketing profiles on our team. That is important for us, because a GEO tool should not only be usable by SEO specialists; it also needs to make sense for consultants, content teams, and client-facing profiles.
On performance, Qwairy has held up well in regular agency use. Setup is quick, the interface is responsive, and the platform remains easy to work with even when we monitor multiple brands, competitors, prompts, and AI engines at the same time. We have not felt slowed down by the tool when moving from tracking to analysis to recommendations.
The product also moves fast. New features come out regularly, but without making the platform harder to use overall. That is not always easy to achieve in such a new category, where tools can quickly become overloaded with dashboards and metrics.
Finally, the team has been excellent to work with. They are responsive, friendly, and helpful, including on technical questions. We have rarely waited more than a few hours for an answer, and the exchanges have always been constructive. That may sound basic, but compared with some vendors, it makes a real difference.
Several months in, Qwairy still feels like the right choice for us: complete enough to support serious GEO work, practical enough for day-to-day agency use, and backed by a team we actually enjoy working with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qwairy is very complete, which is also what can make it feel a bit dense at first. Some dashboards contain a lot of metrics, filters, competitors, sources, and provider views, so new users may need a short ramp-up period to know where to focus.
The interface is clear once you get used to it, but it can feel slightly flat or busy on first use. Also, because the product evolves quickly, some sections or features can change quite often. It is not a major issue, but it is probably the main area where the experience could still be refined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
