What do you dislike about QuoteIQ?

A lot of the useful pieces sit behind higher plans. Lead capture forms and inventory/materials items both need an upgrade. There's only one tax rate per estimate, so I can't tax parts and leave labor untaxed. Files attach to tickets but not to the customer profile. I can't add a $0 line to show a free item on an estimate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuoteIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before QuoteIQ, my quotes, schedule, invoices and customer notes lived in different places, and things slipped. Now I build an estimate on site, the customer approves and pays from their phone, and the job lands on my calendar without retyping anything. That means less time on paperwork at night and faster payment. Templates also keep my prices consistent, so I'm not underquoting jobs when I'm tired or rushed. As a one-truck shop, that gets me back hours every week to spend on actual repairs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
