I love that QuoteIQ is always being updated with new features that are added and optimized. The instant quote feature is fantastic because it allows customers to shop our prices and quote themselves instantly. I also appreciate the AI features that really help increase our workflow and efficiency. It makes us more efficient and thorough in our operations. I feel like the call agents could be improved. When I try to test ours after setting it up, it skips when I try to test it in the app. Also, with so many features and tools available, it can be almost overwhelming. I wish I had an account-specific specialist to help ensure everything is set up properly so I can make the most out of my CRM. Even though overall it's awesome, some things are harder to set up and configure just right. Additionally, with the constant addition and updates of features, I feel that we haven't fully set up and understood all the features from the beginning, and I would like more help in learning and setting everything up.
