I really like the fact that I can keep my same phone and use Quo during business hours and then set up the settings so that I don't get any calls or texts after business hours. Helps me keep a good work life balance. I also like that when one of my team members are going on vacation I can adjust their call flow to make sure we don't miss any communications from customers and make sure that team member can focus on time away with their family.
