"Quivly Keeps Our Small Team Close to Every Customer"

What do you like best about Quivly AI?

As a small team, Quivly allows us to do so much more. We know exactly what's going on with each customer, see every sign of growth and any potential churn risk well in advance and can act on them quickly. It's made staying close to each customer easy for me since I'm trying to balance both - growing the business with new logos and continuing to serve our existing customers well. incredibly helpful in making sure we keep our customers happy and retain them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quivly AI?

Nothing that I have disliked so far (we have been using Quivly for 6+ months now). The team is very receptive to feedback, responds and ships enhancements at warp speed. We have a slack channel with the team - they respond to any question we have in minutes. We've worked with vendors who call themselves "partners". Quivly team truly acts like it. What problems is Quivly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a clear view of whether customers realize value after they signup and where they are in their adoption curve. Quivly helps us catch adoption gaps early so we intervene before a customer is unhappy. We also know everything happening with our customers like personnel changes, new product launches, fundraising announcements etc. Has been really helpful to strengthen our relationship with them.
