I love how Quinyx keeps track of qualifications and hours. It shows me immediately who is certified to run EMS sessions and eGym introductions, so I don't have to call everyone when a course instructor cancels last minute. The open shift notifications allow my team to claim slots on their own, which saves tons of time. I also appreciate being able to check hours before approving a swap, so mini-jobbers don't exceed monthly earnings, avoiding awkward payroll conversations. Quinyx transforms our scheduling from crossing names off paper rosters to uploading and updating plans on the app, which my team appreciates. I value the overview it provides, letting me see who's free, swap shifts, or plan staff changes without redoing everything from scratch. The clock-in and time-tracking features send this data straight to payroll at month's end, so that's one less worry. Plus, I like that students and mini-jobbers were able to adapt to the app quickly, making our whole process more efficient. The setup was straightforward too, after entering staff qualifications. Customization still leaves room for improvement. A course slot, a front desk shift, and a personal training block need different rules, and the settings do not always reflect that.
