I really like using Quinyx for scheduling because it helps me know how many hours are utilized in a week, month, or year. I find the alerts for late reporting of work, absences, and shift reminders very useful. They help alert me when someone hasn’t reported for work yet, making it easier to find a replacement. I think holiday planning could be improved where you get a warning if too many people have applied for vacation at the same time. Also, if there's an input for minimum required hours per day and on certain days the staff to cover those hours are less, I should get a notification that we are short-staffed.
