What do you like best about Quinto?

- Intuitive, most features are easily understandable without referring to help guides

- Loads of ready-made job descriptions to start off with so you can implement quickly

- AI tool for responsibilities and competency mapping

- Great customer support and training

- Fast and responsive, without being clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quinto?

- Can feel overwhelming at first

- Occasional hiccups where you are logged in but the platform does not respond (a quick logout/login did the trick!)

- The built-in competencies are generic (which I understand why) however more technical/job-specific competencies would have been nice

- Add-ons required ($$$!) to fully utilize the platform

- Integration options with HRMS (you can only upload staff data from HRMS, i.e. one-way) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
