What do you like best about QuickBooks Workforce?

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Workforce?

I feel like there are so many options on the homepage that it can get overwhelming at times, so I usually end up sticking to the buttons I already know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem this solves for me is completing my payroll, making sure it’s correct, and lodging my taxes. I really like these features because they make everything much easier. The fact that my employees can also clock in and out via the app is very helpful and helps keep things accurate.

Because I’m not originally from the US, the tax system scares me a little, so having everything automatically calculated for me—and then processed, debited, and paid—is a wonderful option to have. It gives me real peace of mind. The setup call with the allocated colleague was also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
