QuickBooks Payments makes the whole payment process much easier because my clients can pay directly through the invoice. I like that I get the money right away, I think, and don’t have to chase the payment. I like turning an estimate into an invoice; it’s easy to use and takes very little time. It used to take me about five minutes to set up an invoice, but now my services and contacts are already there, and my CRM contacts import through Zap, so the whole process is much quicker. I also like having helpful reports, easier taxes, and everything in one place, along with the invoicing and payment features. I can ultimately use it to send out payroll, too.
