What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?
I don't want my data stored in the cloud. Now The online version is the only choice. Cost has increased, features have decreased, and chat help support was nearly impossible. I just built my own with the features I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
