It has a large variety of ready to use and set up functionality. QB has connectivity to most baking APIs and has connection to factoring accounts in NorthAm. Priced very good for every size of company and use cases. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?** It is hard to customise accounting ledgers. Good to have audit log with tracking time and location records to supervise contractors activity. Would be awesome if there would be pre configured GAAP/IFRS forms used for audit and securities reporting procedures. Missing stable connectivity to resource tracking tools like inventory or fleet management systems - occure errors upon syncronisation. Needs clear instructions for per project accounting to avoid doubling of partners in system. **What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use for accounting in our NorthAm subsidiary cause it is well connected to local banks, invoice management systems and payroll system. It is updated to local tax rules and gives good productivity at afffordable pricing. However, QuickBooks knows they get NO monthly revenues from a small company like mine, so they held us for ransom by discontinuing their payroll services and forced us to use their totally revised, on-line version with deleted features from the desktop version! TOTAL GARBAGE!!! Now it takes me 45 mins to do what used to take me 15 min!! How's THAT for efficiency, and it costs me a fortune, to boot!! Don't pay QuickBooks $80-$120 per month for something you don't need, or want! Then everytime you want to add a feature, they bang you for more fees!! Again, by deleting efficient features, it now takes me 3-4 times as long to do things that used to take me 15 mins, and I even get to pay an arm and a leg to now be inefficient!!
