What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

Intuitive user interface and self explanatory menu sliders

Cloud based accounting provides users with anytime access that allows work to be completed faster

Easy addition and management of vendors , banking and expense categories

Comprehensive payroll support.

Integrates with other programs

Cost efficient

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

Security: if you use the online version of QuickBooks instead of the on-premises software program, you run the risk of exposing important financial information to Internet hackers.

The basic version of QuickBooks is designed for the user with limited accounting and financial needs. Therefore, it does not offer all the accounting processes used by professional accountants. You're also limited in areas such as the number of products you can list for inventory purposes

Easy to make a huge mess of many, many transactions before you realize it.

Auto correct feature can be more robust to isolate manual human mistake in accounting

Advanced features (job costing, inventory, multiple currencies) are not available in the basic version and users must purchase the Plus version or purchase add-ons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Online:

Very affortable accounting, banking, payroll and sales tracking tool at very cut throat subscribtion charges. Very user friendly and intuitive however does error out with data porting from other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?
