What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

What I like most about QuickBooks Online is having payroll, invoicing, client information, and bookkeeping all in one place. It makes our daily work easier, more efficient, and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

QuickBooks Online has limitations on notes and storage, and exceeding those limits can mean additional costs. It's not very affordable, especially for a firm with a large number of clients. For our workload, QuickBooks alone doesn't meet all our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?

QuickBooks Online is a secure platform that helps us manage accounting and client payments. However, we experienced an issue where poor communication between support agents caused delays and blocked client payments.
