The fact that it is available online and accessible from multiple devices. I did not like the server-based product as there were constantly problems and the fact I had to install it everywhere. We also had issues with single-user and multi-user mode using the server-based product. With the online advanced version I don't have to worry about any of that. I just pay for the number of users I need, set them up and away they go. Lastly, I know I can access it from my desktop, laptop, or even someone else's computer whenever and wherever I need it. It's such a relief to not have to keep track of multiple installs when i can get to it through a browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online Advanced? The service can be slow sometimes. Especially when switching from one screen to another. The lag can take up to a few seconds. In addition, the desktop version keeps logging me out. This can be annoying to have to keep logging back in every time, especially if your passwords are long and complex. I like it because of the guided setup (came in very handy) and availability of help when I need it. This was critical because I was transferring my data from an older QuickBooks product. Also anytime I have a question I know the answers are usually a click or two away. This has saved me a lot of time I would have spent researching solutions via Google or through online forums.
