What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro?

QB is very easy to setup and use. It provides users with all the options on the face of the software. Some very reports like sales for the month, cash flow status and monthly reporting are available as Dashboard. Accounting and audit trail is maintained through uploading of invoices/documents. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro?

Mainly the productivity is slightly low since a lot of mouse usage is required for navigation to different Tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Desktop Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We at Verolt are Using QB for Accounting, VAT Returns, Cash flow Management and Reporting. The benefit is that we can send sales invoices directly to customers. Similarly reports are very easily extracted into Excel and PDF format which can be periodically circulated readymade to management team.
