I really like being able to do both invoicing and bookkeeping in one place with QuickBooks Desktop Pro. It's great to be able to invoice customers easily and run reports in real time. This allows me to look at cash flow, income, or expenses at any given point in the business without having to wait on a bookkeeper to deliver reports at the end of the month or the end of the quarter.
