What I like most about Quickbase is how easy it makes it to organize data and set up workflows that match your business needs. I often have to handle data and reporting information from different sources when working with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics, and Quickbase gives me a centralized platform to bring everything together. Records can be structured clearly, individual tables can be interconnected, and recurring tasks can be automated.
I also find its customizable forms and dashboards helpful for tracking data-related activities and keeping project information accessible in one place. On top of that, workflow automation reduces manual follow-ups and helps improve collaboration between teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don’t like about Quickbase is that configuring relationships between complex applications and multiple tables can take a lot of time. I’d also like to see more advanced data visualization and data transformation features, especially when working with large datasets and broader analytical reports. Some of the reporting capabilities still feel limited compared to dedicated tools like Power BI. Better customization options, more intuitive formulas, and clearer guidance for advanced chart configurations would make the platform more effective overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
