From an administrative assistant's perspective, I find Quickbase useful for its record-based workflow management. It makes it easy to systematically manage administrative requests from various departments, track document statuses, handle approval updates, and keep on top of follow-up requirements. I find it particularly beneficial when juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, as it helps in identifying the next required action for each request. Properly understanding and configuring certain workflows in Quickbase requires some initial learning and practice. If the fields or process structure within an application are not clearly designed, users may become confused when trying to update information accurately.
