"Quickbase Flexibility Keeps Marketing Workflows Organized and On Track"
4/5
What do you like best about Quickbase?

The best thing about Quickbase is its flexibility, which lets marketing work be organized around the team’s actual methodology. Digital marketing isn’t just about launching campaigns; it also includes creating content briefs, managing SEO tasks, running internal reviews, keeping up with publishing deadlines, and tracking feedback through different stages. With Quickbase’s customizable applications, you can structure all of these activities within a framework that fits, without feeling forced to squeeze every process into a single format. I also appreciate being able to keep task details and progress updates organized in one place, which makes it easier to see what’s moving forward and what needs attention right now. For teams juggling multiple campaigns at the same time, this kind of systematic setup can make day-to-day operations smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Its main drawback is that configuring the workflow correctly can take time. The customization options are helpful, but you still need to plan carefully to set up the right fields, workflow stages, and reporting views—especially when different marketing activities follow different processes. The interface can also become less convenient if too many fields are added or if the application includes unnecessary steps. I’d like to see more ready-to-use templates for campaign planning and content management, along with simpler options for preparing reports for different stakeholders. That would make it easier for new teams to get started while still preserving the platform’s flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
