What I like most about Quickbase is its flexibility, since it lets me create custom applications and workflows that match specific requirements. From my perspective as an Associate Researcher, it’s essential to organize data systematically, maintain accurate records, and track progress consistently. Quickbase supports this well through customizable forms, linked records, and reporting features that make it easier to manage information in a clear, structured way. I also find its low-code approach especially helpful because it reduces the need to build applications from scratch for every new requirement. Overall, the biggest advantage for me is how easily Quickbase can be adapted so workflows align with real operational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Quickbase’s flexibility is a real advantage, more advanced configurations can come with a noticeable learning curve. Setting up formulas, record relationships, user permissions, and integrations correctly often takes extra time and requires a certain level of technical understanding. In addition, navigating the interface and working with large volumes of data could be more intuitive. If the advanced settings were easier to understand and there were clearer guidance for customization, adopting the platform would feel significantly more convenient for new users.
