The ability to manage the inflow of traffic to our website. Without being able to control this, our system gets overwhelmed and crashes. Their customer support has been excellent and always fast to respond. It's easy to use and was dropped right in front of our site without any issues. Our users would prefer that we didn't have a waiting room, but it's necessary during our peak periods. It would be great if there were the ability to send SMS notifications to user as well as email notifications when it's their turn but this isn't available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
