What do you like best about Queue-it?

It helps provide fairness and bot mitigation by blocking huge incoming traffic and letting people wait in a waiting room until they can be released. I also appreciate its user-friendliness, ease of integration, and real-time analytics, and, lastly, the way it helps protect our servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Queue-it is a powerful tool, but the lack of transparency around its fairness system left me puzzled and raised questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Queue-it solving and how is that benefiting you?

In early time the challenge feature wasn't there even there is a waiting room, people can still go thru after the queue ends. With the challenge feature it helps us really when there is a super-hot show that can really mitigate the bot situation and huge incoming traffic before it hits our servers.
