Setup was genuinely fast — a single line of code and we had queue protection on our checkout flow. We run a live-events ticketing platform in India, so what sold us was path-level targeting (we queue only the booking flow, not the whole site), true FIFO ordering with an exact position counter that fans can trust, and the ability to run multiple queues for simultaneous on-sales. Usage-based pricing fits spiky ticket-drop traffic far better than the flat CDN-tier pricing of the alternatives we evaluated. The team was responsive and helpful during evaluation and onboarding.
