Adjusting the queue is very easy, which gives a lot of control and confidence during busy ticket sales. The API integration has been seamless, leading to a better user experience for end users. Some wording is not clear in the portal if you don't know what the product can offer. But there was always enough explanation available to immediately understand what it meant.
