What do you like best about Queue-Fair?

We are a k12 district that used QueueFair for our parking sign-up (which is a way higher intensity event than it probably sounds like). Working with them was a great experience end-to-end. It felt like we got the VIP treatment despite being a small customer. We had some unusual stuff we were trying to do as far as allowing users to save their positions in a way that was tied to their Google account, and validating that the user that signed in to enter the queue was the same one that signed up for a parking spot. Matt was ready to jump right in to the technical stuff with us on the sales call, and via email after we were a customer. There was no wading through multiple tiers of support. The technical and security guides are really through. This is a "do one thing well" kind-of company, and they do it well. I think that shows up best in the way that they have tuned the working of user-facing messaging. That might sound trivial, but it's those little differences that might mean 50-100 extra support calls on event day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-Fair?

Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever. This is a company that has spent 20+ years refining one thing. It's pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
