I love how QuestWorks gives us insights into how we're working together, and I appreciate the point system as it adds a healthy level of competition. It's consistent, allowing us to pick up where we left off, and provides a fun, collaborative space to unwind and strengthen our team dynamic. The platform serves as a sort of simulator, creating a lower stakes environment to solve problems which makes us more effective in higher stakes settings.
