QuestionStar struggles with cross-platform data connectivity and branded export formatting, creating extra work for our broadcast team. When wrapping up a local brand live-stream project, survey response exports lacked fields matching our CRM’s data structure, forcing us to re-map entries manually. Its branding customization is also limited, so we could not fully match our client’s visual guidelines on questionnaires. Without dedicated IT staff, our production team handles all cleanup work.
