What I like best about QuestionStar is that it makes patient follow ups and health surveys simple to manage in daily work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I regularly use forms for diet follow-ups, lifestyle tracking, patient feedback, and educational responses. The platform is easy to use and did not take much time to understand. I can quickly create surveys. features like survey logic also help because I can show different questions based on patient responses, which makes followup forms feel more personalized and practical. i also like the reporting and analytics section because it helps me understand patient progress, hydration habits, diet consistency, and common lifestyle problems more clearly through charts and summaries. Sharing surveys is simple, and most patients can easily fill them from their phones through links or WhatsApp. Overall, QuestionStar fits naturally into my clinic, nutrition, and health education workflow and helps me collect organized feedback in a simple and professional way. What do you dislike about QuestionStar? when surveys become a little longer with many questions and logic settings, managing everything can take some extra time in the beginning. the platform is easy overall, but for first time users some options and settings may need a little learning before the workflow feels fully comfortable. i also noticed that managing responses becomes slightly less comfortable when surveys start collecting more patient entries. What problems is QuestionStar solving and how is that benefiting you? it helping me solve the problem of managing patient follow ups and feedback in a more proper and organized way. Earlier many patients used to send updates on WhatsApp or calls about diet routine, water intake, sleep or lifestyle changes, so sometimes it became difficult to track everything properly during busy clinic work. now I use QuestionStar forms for diet follow up, patient feedback, and lifestyle tracking. It helps me collect all responses in one place, so checking patient progress becomes much easier. Different question types and survey flow options also help me ask more relevent questions according to patient response. I also use it sometimes for health education feedback forms for online awareness content and sessions. so overall it saves time, reduces confusion, and makes my clinic and nutrition follow up work more smooth and organized.
