I use QuestionPro on a weekly basis and it’s been a really dependable tool for our team. The transition from our previous software was pretty painless other than just transferring our surveys. There's plenty of question types to choose from, all the export options, that I need, and that they offer nonprofit support, which makes a big difference for us.
