What do you like best about Quatrix?

I value Quatrix’s jailed external-user roles combined with robust custom retention policies for our workflows. I can lock down vendor access so they only see their assigned audit folders, without broader system visibility. The complete transfer logs feed into Splunk SIEM seamlessly, and PGP protection adds another safety layer, making gathering control evidence for SOX, PCI-DSS, and CCPA much simpler. What do you dislike about Quatrix?

Quatrix’s web-UI bulk-log filtering is limited, so I have to pull datasets via API for thorough Splunk SIEM analysis. There are no reusable folder templates for new-vendor audit projects, which means repetitive manual setup. Its native real-time document co-editing is absent, slowing down collaboration with external auditors. Additionally, we have to manually handle missing native SSO integration, which takes extra effort especially when compiling compliance evidence for SOX, PCI-DSS, and CCPA. What problems is Quatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quatrix secures our data transfers with AES-256 encryption, reducing risks from email or FTP. It gives us jailed user roles and audit logs, ensuring SOX, PCI-DSS, and CCPA compliance.
