**What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?**

The platform is very user-friendly and makes it easy to collect and understand feedback. It’s engaging, with a clear focus on continuous improvement. The insights are practical and easy to apply.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?**

Some of the advanced features can feel complex, especially for new users or smaller teams. I also find that customization is limited in certain reports and dashboards, which can make it harder to tailor the output to what I need. On top of that, it can be relatively expensive compared to simpler survey tools.

**What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantum Workplace helps solve the problem of disconnected employee feedback by turning people’s opinions into clear, actionable insights. It gives leaders a way to spot engagement issues early, rather than waiting and reacting when it’s already too late. For me, that means my feedback is genuinely heard, followed up on, and actually results in real improvements at work.

**What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?**

I really appreciate the clean user interface. The site is intuitive to navigate, and it’s easy to view most items at a glance when I need to. The built-in AI feature is also a nice touch.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?**

The only issue I’ve noticed so far is that the spacing and line breaks don’t carry over from the input form to the final “chat bubble” document. As a result, the finished product is harder to read the way it’s intended to be. This is especially noticeable when I’m trying to improve readability across the different required focus areas in both the competency and room for improvement sections.

**What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the first year my company has used Quantum Workplace, so I’m interested to see how it holds up throughout the full review process. In the past, we used ADP and another company (I can’t remember the name), and both systems felt clunky and were difficult to navigate or to intuitively understand what the next required step was in the process.

**What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?**

What stands out most about Quantum Workplace is how intuitively it connects employee feedback to meaningful action. The platform makes it easy to gather insights through engagement surveys and performance tools, but more importantly, it translates that data into clear, actionable recommendations that leaders can actually use.

I also appreciate the focus on continuous feedback rather than one-time events. Features like real-time recognition, check-ins, and goal tracking help create an ongoing dialogue between employees and managers, which is critical for building a strong culture and improving performance over time.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?**

One challenge is that the platform can feel somewhat rigid when it comes to customization. It can take extra effort to tailor surveys, reporting, or workflows exactly the way you want. The reporting, while robust, can also be a bit clunky. Pulling very specific cuts of data or creating highly customized views isn’t always as intuitive.

Another drawback is that the volume of feedback and data can sometimes feel overwhelming without additional internal structure to manage it. The platform provides a lot of insight, but it doesn’t always guide you on prioritization or execution at a strategic level.

**What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great way to manage employee feedback and lots of insights.  It's a one stop shop to be as robust as i want on performance management which is great depending on my teams engagement level I can go high or low.

Quantum Workplace has been instrumental in providing the visibility and data-driven insights needed to execute our key strategic objectives at Salute. It is far more than an engagement survey tool; it's a central nervous system for our organisational health.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?**

The depth of analytics can be initially overwhelming. Maximising its value for strategic goals like ours requires dedicated time and discipline from leadership to dive into the data and not just skim surface-level scores. There is a slight learning curve to moving from basic reporting to advanced, predictive insights.

**What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For Talent Development & Organisational Optimisation: The platform's performance and engagement modules are of the highest quality. We've moved from an annual review cycle to a continuous feedback culture. This directly supports our "state-of-the-art talent management" goal by identifying skill gaps in real-time and enabling us to create highly relevant onboarding and upskilling paths. The data helps us optimise team structures and integrate processes more effectively.

For Driving Profitability & Operational Excellence: The clear link between employee engagement metrics and operational outcomes is a game-changer. By monitoring team sentiment and effectiveness, we can proactively identify friction points in our service delivery that impact both efficiency (Operational Excellence) and margins (Profitability).

For AI Expertise & Global Supply Chain: While not a direct AI tool, the robust analytics and reporting provide the clean, structured data necessary to inform our AI initiatives. Understanding our internal talent's capabilities and challenges is the first step to automating and innovating intelligently. Furthermore, as we build our global supply chain, ensuring our internal teams are aligned and effective is paramount, and Quantum Workplace gives us that pulse.

**What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?**

I really found the Quantum Workplace platform helpful for getting feedback and insights from my team members, seniors, and leadership. It's been a great platform to use. It's easy to use for getting and providing feedback, which is really useful. I liked that it provides requested feedback on my engagement and allows for real-time or after-engagement performance reviews. It also has specific pointers for feedback on every aspect of my performance, which I found really beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?**

I think Quantum Workplace should have an option for dealing with feedback that I don't agree with. Like if I get feedback from a senior and I don't want to accept it, there should be a way to question or clarify the points. It would be good to have an option to note that I'm not agreeing with a certain point.

**What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantum Workplace helped me get the real-time feedback I wanted on my engagement, improving my performance review process. It's been really helpful and easy to use for both getting and providing feedback.

I like the ease of use of Quantum Workplace, which makes it straightforward to navigate. The customer support is excellent, providing quick and effective guidance, especially noticeable during the setup, which was good and efficient. I appreciate the analytics and action plans features, offering insightful data and strategies. The clean and intuitive interface of the platform helps maintain consistency, especially with the 1-1 tool, and it gives a true picture of the company's health. I also switched to Quantum Workplace from using regular email because of its efficiency.

I find data overload and admin or customization roadblocks to be issues with Quantum Workplace. New users, especially managers who are not data analysts, can find the dashboards overwhelming. Also, predictive analytics require a steep learning curve. Creating complex and customized forms with branching logic can be difficult or missing altogether.

Quantum Workplace solves the annual review drear and working in silos. It's easy to use with great customer support, provides analytics, and action plans, and offers a clean, intuitive interface for a consistent tool use, giving a true picture of our company's health.

I like that Quantum Workplace is more user-friendly than the previous platforms we've used. The suggested questions are a helpful place to start in conversations.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?**

Quantum Workplace starts with the premise that you simply set goals. I don't think that's where you should start in leadership development. Workers should begin with identifying core values and then create schedules and goals around those values. The initial setup wasn't that easy, specifically setting up supervisors (and switching supervisors), which was not user friendly.

**What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantum Workplace is somewhat more user-friendly than previous platforms. However, it doesn't solve a lot of problems in leadership development as it focuses on goal setting instead of identifying core values first.

It is very user friendly and provides an easy platform to work within for setting up 1:1 times, evaluations and other tasks that are meaningful to the organization.  Used on a weekly basis it is easy to become familiar with what functions to use and how to get the best results out of the platform in general.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?**

So far, there isn't anything that is a negative to be honest.  As mentioned, it is user friendly which is a big part in any new process or software, so the users don't feel cumbersome in using it.

**What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving some communication issues by allowing the gathering of data on goals, weekly challenges, positives and negatives in the daily or weekly goings on and process functions.  Opens up the ability to keep track and make sure not only are people happy but what we can do to make things more positive all around.

The feature that allows easy access to assigned goals and targets is incredibly useful for staying organized and on track. I also appreciate the ability to recognize and appreciate my team members or any individuals by sharing thoughts on posts, which fosters a positive work environment. The features like surveys, reviews, recognition, and feedback are particularly valuable for both me and my coworkers, enabling us to exchange feedback and appreciation effectively. Setting up Quantum Workplace was straightforward, requiring just a login with my office credentials, which made the initial setup a breeze. I like being able to recognize peers and capture the one-on-one goals with colleagues all in one place. Quantum Workplace becomes valuable with recognizing colleagues because you can see everyone's recognitions in one place and respond to them. I also appreciate that it helps me to put all of my thoughts in one place with AI guidance.

Sometimes it gets confusing, and it seems very technical. When creating personal goals, the data platform and the user interface aren't as friendly and easy to follow as I would like.

Quantum Workplace helps me organize by putting all my thoughts in one place with AI guidance. I like recognizing peers and capturing one-on-one goals with colleagues all in one place, which keeps a running record and allows me to see and respond to everyone's recognitions.
