What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

I love the AI features. The AI chat is very helpful. I also really enjoy the AI features when viewing comments within our engagement survey. I also really like how customizable and flexible the software is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

We are a new customer in the middle of our first survey so I don't have any negatives to this point. The 6 point scale is an adjustment for us as we have traditionally used a 5 point Likert scale. But we've been able to get around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

We look forward to using the wealth of information once our survey concludes in another 8 days. Can't wait to use the filters and slicing features. Also, look forward to our leaders to be able to receive the action planning insights to create their action plans. We hope this will improve our employee engagement results for next year.
