The representative walking through the setup has been extremely helpful and patient. You are able to view the number of responses as they come in to see how many are participating as well as responses they are providing to the questions. There are training videos that walk you through how to set up things throughout the site. There are other survey options we plan to utilize but wanted to start with the engagement survey. Having the option for exit surveys and other quick pulse surveys is a plus for the price. It was higher than we'd like pay but the lesser cost option reviewed didn't offer as much flexibility. Initially, the communication process of getting things started was slow. I'm still figuring out the reporting features, but I also haven't viewed all of the available videos either.
