What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?
Yes, Qualtrics can do surveys, but it is the workflows, dashboards, plug-ins and automations that really let you leverage the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?
The only flaw in the total package is that there are some tasks that should be easier to do or pre-built. For example, an approval form, you have to hack a process and it should be built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
