What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?
The Qualtrics platform is easy to use and extremely flexible. I have been able to create surveys for a variety of response and audience types. The reporting is also very clean and easy to build. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?
The only downside to Qualtrics was the initial implementation. Ours includes a big SalesForce connection which required a decent amount of development work. All worth it though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
