I like the ease of use and the fact that Qualia is browser-based, so I can access it from anywhere with a web browser. I also appreciate the support team; they're quick to respond and always looking for ways to improve. I've found it to be the best escrow program I've used out of the two I've tried over the last seven years. Qualia being browser-based means I don't need a VPN as long as I have internet, and it's really easy to use through Chrome, which is my preferred browser. I use the Connect feature a lot, which integrates with Microsoft Outlook, making it easy to upload documents or emails directly into Qualia. I also enjoy the auto draft emails that are specifically tailored to our team, which makes responding back to emails super convenient and quick. These features give me time back and reduce the need for additional steps, allowing me to access certain things directly from our file when responding to emails. This aspect is particularly nice because I'm getting time back throughout my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the biggest pain points I have with Qualia is their accounting system. The ease of use is not as great as some of the other programs I've used. But they're constantly looking for ways to improve, and whenever I have an accounting issue, there's always someone to help me get it figured out. Another small issue is with document handling; it's a bit cumbersome to go into the folders to pull out and move documents. An easier way to move documents around would be nice.
