I really appreciate the ability to capture feedback from users at key moments in their journey with Qualaroo. The targeting feature allows us to ask tailored questions to specific segments rather than sending a generic survey to everyone. A minor limitation is the lack of an offline version; you must have an active internet connection for it to work.
