We have used Quadrotech for two email archive migrations thus far. When it comes to Symantec Enterprise Vault migrations, they're very great to work with and moderately priced competitive. They go into a ton of detail to build a quote - so you know whatever quote you get is very thorough. Each migration we have done went off without a hitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While they claim to be a partner-friendly organization, they seem like they would rather work directly with a customer vs. the partner channel. For this reason alone, we tend to prefer not to use them. From asking to only talk to the customer, to sending renewal contracts directly to a customer, all the way to only allowing a "professional services" approach to their migrations - all are anti-channel anti-partner behaviors.
