What do you dislike about Quadrotech?

When it came to the final cutover, we ran into a number of issues/bugs in their software and process. This took much longer than we anticipated.

There were some items that they could not move. We had to involve our Enterprise Vault support have them export those items to disk and reimport. This took a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Quadrotech:

Stay on top of them, and montior what they are doing. They needed to be pushed at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
