What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Payable?

The most appealing aspect of Quadient Accounts Payable is its ability to streamline our invoice processing flow. The automation capability saves us from having to manually enter data, while also minimizing the number of errors that could occur. The configuration of the approval flows is not complicated, and it is easy to track the status of these processes. What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Payable?

The aspect of Quadient Accounts Payable that appeals to me most is the amount of simplification it brings to our process of invoicing. The automation process decreases human error through reduced manual entry, and the approval processes are simple to set up and monitor. The user interface is simple enough so there is no need for extensive training before using the product. The integration with our current processes helps to centralize all information in one place. What problems is Quadient Accounts Payable solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, we had been experiencing issues with manually managing our invoices, which led to problems such as delays, mistakes, and a lack of visibility throughout the whole process of approval. With the introduction of Quadient Accounts Payable software, we have now managed to automate many tasks, increase efficiency, and decrease response time. We have thus greatly improved efficiency.
