What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

What I like best about QT9 eQMS is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which can be customized to meet our company’s specific needs. The available modules provide the functionality we need to transition our paper based QMS to a fully electronic system. I also particularly appreciate the flexibility of the training module, which allows us to create quizzes and tailor training requirements based on individual job functions. What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

The CAPA module is one area where QT9 could be improved. It is fairly basic and does not provide enough flexibility to meet our company’s specific needs, particularly when it comes to documenting and managing investigations. What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

QT9 has helped us streamline several business processes. The training module has improved how we manage and track employee training, while electronic signatures have significantly sped up the approval process.
