What do you like best about QT9 ERP?

Stephen from QT9 has been extremely helpful throughout our implementation and ongoing use of the system. His responsiveness, product knowledge, and willingness to assist have made it so much easier to learn the platform and successfully apply it to our business processes. We couldn't have done this without him. What I like best about QT9 ERP is the integration between inventory management, purchasing, manufacturing, supplier management, and quality systems. Having this information centralized improves visibility, traceability, and day-to-day decision-making while reducing the need for manual tracking across multiple spreadsheets. What do you dislike about QT9 ERP?

The biggest challenge is that certain tasks are not always intuitive to perform, and reporting often requires exporting data to Excel for further analysis. I would also like greater consistency in terminology between the ERP and QMS modules. Aligning the naming conventions and system language across both platforms would make navigation easier, reduce confusion for users, and improve overall efficiency. QT9 ERP gives me visibility into inventory levels, purchasing activity, manufacturing orders, supplier information, and quality records in one place. This helps improve inventory accuracy, supports planning and decision-making, enhances traceability, and reduces the amount of manual reporting and data reconciliation required.
