One thing I think could be improved is the size of the three big dots on the QR codes. It would be nice if the ones at the edges could be reduced a bit to make them look more like the normal size of other QR codes. On the three corner markers, that's a sharp eye. Those are the position patterns that scanners rely on to read the code, so there are limits to how much they can shrink without affecting reliability, but how they're styled and balanced is something we keep refining.
