The interface is really easy to use and guides you through the enite setup process. **What do you dislike about QR Code Generator?** It was a bit unclear how to update the names of each QR code campaign name at first. By default, it creates the name using the URL being used (when using to send traffic to a website). I wasn't sure if I updated the name the URL would change, so I didn't touch the live campaigns and tested on an inactive campaign and found out there is another field holding the URL so I could edit the titles as I please. **What problems is QR Code Generator solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use multiple QR codes in different types of marketing materials - inserts, packaging, etc. QR Code Generator has provided a centralized dashboard to track analytics in the same place I'm creating the QR codes making it easy to manage from a birds-eye view. ### 3. We went to upgrade and for whatever reason, it wasn't working. We tried to contact support and were contacted by like 3 different people telling us to do 3 different things.
