I also like QQ's capability of linking and saving customer email incoming and outgoing communications. The widgets that show up on the dashboard are also helpful. For example, it is nice to see notifications of incoming and outgoing texts. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** I always struggle logging in in the morning. Sometimes the system has me enter my email and password close to five times before it will accept that I am not a robot and let me into my account. One of my work associates also has this problem, while my other work associate has never dealt with it. It is very inconvenient at times. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to track our daily transactions. We scan our policy endorsements with notes and save them to files that we creat for our customers. I would recommend QQ Catalyst for any agency. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** After having used Agency Zoom a couple of years ago, I honestly say I miss when I write a policy some form of visual acknowledgment. Agency Zoom used confetti. It took them over three months to fix an issue we had. Customer support at qq is very responsive and great at following up with the agent after a phone call has been made and a problem cant be completely solved. I love the tasking and notes feature on QQ as documentation in the insurance business is very important. i do believe qq updates and improves systems all year long and their willingness to be the up and coming system gives us as an agency hope for our future! **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** i would say my smaller agency lacks in using all resources available but all in all we utilize a good percentage of its functions.i would love to see improvements in the downloading portion of endorsements and also glitches in the system are more prevalent these days. they are handled quickly for the most part! there is very minimal disturbances but sometimes the disturbances do put the agency out of a consistent work flow and in a holding pattern. our agency sees most disturbances resolved quickly and customer support is very responsive to any concerns. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** whitelisting issue- needing to figure this out on the agency side at htis point as it is more of an it issue not qq. ### 14. Many times the one data point that is required is not available. All elements should be available so that reporting is simple and accurate. When the downloads import into QQ they will show an active term before the effective date which overstates the premium. It should download and save the renewal term to activate when the prior term expires. The coverages do not download most are set up manually in QQ which is time-consuming. When you try and send an email or fill in a certificate you can not look back at the policy so you are forced to open another version of QQ to see data. Having the ability to move the screen over would be a major help. I wish the emails were a little more user-friendly. I love that you can assign them. But it is not easy to maneuver around all the junk insurance emails that I get, and even if I delete them from my outlook, they are still there on QQ.
