Being able to assign tasks to other agents at my office that can be set far in the future, and the invoice/bill generator is very helpful. I like how notes are searchable, and that you can group files into folders. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** When I am working on filling out an acord, it would be nice to still have access to their QQ profile to pull up info. Having to save it over and over to use QQ, especially if I get a call in the middle of working on an Acord is cumbersome. Reports are easy to run, and you can create your own. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** After using the system for several years, learning how to navigate it better, and seeing some much-needed updates, I can’t say there’s anything I dislike about it. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the policy information you have to enter. For example, with Mobile Home policies there are only a few coverage options, and for Farm and Ranch and cattle grazing I’d like to be able to set them up more like General Liability policies. It's more of an annoyance. Maybe fix that. When I have multiple files open on my screen and a file gets dragged across the screen, I would like for that 'drag file to upload' to not show up when my intention is to not upload a file. Makes it harder to requote. My least favorite is the Tasks vs. notes. In Evolution, you would make a memo that was indelible, but then you could set out a "task" for it. Much more streamlined. With catalyst, it is more apt to error with some agents making a note, and others making a memo to follow something. I also like that you can enter a ton of information about each client, including both personal and commercial customers. I love that there are tabs for each customer shell, so we can click through the customer info, the policy info, the notes, the files, etc. It allows for really clear organization of each customer's information and enables various agents to work with clients from different locations, making notes about what we've done. This way, a customer can call in or email us, and I can look in their QQ shell to see exactly what another agent in another location did the last time they interacted with this customer. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** I wish that the reporting was better. I wish that I could create more - and better - reports. I know a lot about databases and I know how to create reports and get exactly what I need out of databases - so it's a little frustrating to me to know that the information exists in QQCatalyst, and not be able to pull it out. I also wish that there were a better way to track payments and a better way to sync emails with QQCatalyst. It is very clunky and awkward to bring emails into QQCatalyst and I wish it was smoother and easier. The integration between QQCatalyst and PL Rater could be better. Right now to bring customer information over, the customer has to have an existing policy. I wish we could bridge customer info to PL for a new policy without entering information twice. Also, I wish home & auto could be bridged together at the same time into PL Rater for a bundle quote. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use QQCatalyst to store and manage all my insurance customers and their policies. It keeps us organized, allows agents to collaborate from different locations, and maintains clear customer interactions. The 'Policy Details' feature is particularly valuable because I get many phone calls from people who don't even know their carrier, and QQCatalyst helps with that. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** I don't like how if you update information like a phone number or email, it only updates on that page and doesn't change in other places to access the policy. When I change it in Agency Zoom, it will change in QQCatalyst but not the other way around. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** QQCatalyst helps me quickly access customer policy details, including carrier info and policy numbers, even when customers don't have these details. It is what it is. It is serviceable and reliable and very unremarkable **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** QQ allows for a home office and remote work to thrive in a world where people still see offices as need to have versus nice to have.
