I like how smart the system is! The customers' policy info downloads automatically every policy term and we can go in and see what coverages they have without having to go to the carrier website every single time! 2 factor authentication and constant password changes have made that a very long process. When I'm on the phone with the customer, I can't wait 20 minutes to change my password or receive an email - enter code - now you're verified - proceed to re-logging in. Takes too long. It's nice to be able to provide them with accurate information about their policies in real-time with no delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the system feels a little old? every carrier has re-done their website 3 times since QQ. Not saying change is a good thing, usually that makes it worse. Everything is there where it's supposed to be. It works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
