Like on of our accounts it will delete the drivers. I like that they are still inovating new software updates which increaseses efficiency **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** The way they do thier pricing is not efficient. You are assigned a rep and they are the ones who tell you what pricing you will get. I had our orignial rep who we made a deal with and when we got a new rep, he was no having it. We eventually got them to honor the pricing we were told by the original rep but it was a long process. Our new rep told us anything and everything about AZ and how QQ integrates perfectially with QQ. This was not the case but we are now locked into a year contract. The other thing is that if you have QQ and AZ, good luck figuring anything out as they are 2 seperate departments and so are their tech teams. In other words, the right doesnt talk to the left so nothing gets done. Helpful reports that analyze internal data. Compatible with PL Rater and other multi-rate systems **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** Occasionally, the system will go down - but thankfully, QQ Catalyst is very quick to repair errors (never more than 1-2 hours) We would love to see certain manual over-rides present such as closing outstanding balances or adding certain lines of business that download a certain way but do not populate or are not available within the system. (Again, few and far) **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cross selling and staying organized. Had issues with docusign initially but Q's support staff helped me out with that one. All in all an excellent experience. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sorting various forms and notices for future use and for customer use (at a later date).
