The AI functionality is very well thought out. There are many pre-baked AI skills in the platform — for example, the ability to read an RFP and auto-create a first draft response based on the material in your library. It’s very powerful software, and with power comes complexity. I believe you need someone very technically savvy in your org to take ownership of the app. The QD support team is great, but ultimately you need configuration knowledge in house to take full advantage of it.
